Courage, resolution and the amazing tenacity of people attracted me to the field of clinical work. I have long been drawn to the resiliency of the human character.
I have been a registered clinical social worker for the last 10 years. I am devoted to supporting adults in the area of mental health. I have worked with various populations, focusing on areas of anxiety, depression, substance use dependancy, historical and/or current trauma processing, and those with relational challenges.
My practice is informed by my education but also my personal experience. I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister and dog owner. These experiences help me bring compassion and empathy to the shared space we create. I am passionate about what I do and hope to help you achieve self awareness and healing.
